Pastor Glen serves on our teaching team and leads our Adult & Small Group Family Life Ministries. He has a passion for developing leaders and helping people lead spiritually deep lives of service and growth. Glen has an M. Div. degree from North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago and is currently a doctoral student in Leadership and Organizational Management at Capella University.

His ministry experience includes planting two churches, serving both Senior and Staff Pastor roles, as well as ministry leadership consultant and strategist. He has served in a pastoral role in both urban and suburban settings. Glen has deep experience in large single and multi-site churches as well as ministry start-ups. He has worked across the age spectrum from Adult to Children and Family Ministry and as a coach to several pastors across multiple denominations.

Glen also has extensive corporate and marketplace experience as an entrepreneur and executive. He is the founder of Vivid Leadership Inc., a leadership consultancy. Glen's passion is equipping leaders to break through personal and organizational challenges on their way to achieving peak performance for themselves and the organizations they lead.

From these educational and practical experiences, Glen brings excellent insight into the dynamics of personal transformation, perseverance and authenticity in the midst of the very real challenges of life.

Glen brings a heart of compassion, leadership presence and a strategic focus to his ministry work. His wealth of practical, real life leadership experience grounds every message and ministry initiative.

Glen has been married to his wife Kathy for 32 years. They have three married children and three grandchildren. His personal interests include reading, underwater photography, long distance cycling and Social Media.
