Quilt Ministry

Those Quilting for Lutheran World Relief minister to one another while crafting quilts to minister to those in need around the world. The warmth of the quilts reflects the warmth of the hearts preparing them for this ministry of compassion. No experience is needed and all women are welcome to join in the fellowship of quilting on Thursday mornings from January to June. Donations of cotton or cotton polyester are transformed into the colorful quilts to be sent around the globe to Lutheran hospitals or orphanages. Each quilt is dedicated on Father’s Day and shipped off with prayer.
