Leadership Development

Through a variety of efforts we seek to develop, encourage, engage, and recruit leaders into ministry at Good Shepherd. Work on leadership development is done by all ministry departments at a variety of times throughout the year, as well as a yearly church wide gathering known as "Catch Fire". Catch Fire, includes strategic teaching and moments for intentional connections to the vision of our church.
