Find What You're Looking For at Good Shepherd

E.T.C. = Eating Together to Connect

ETC (Eating Together to Connect)is a new ministry offering an opportunity to get to know others at Good Shepherd!  When you sign up, you will be assigned to a group with up to six people(basically 3 households-couples or singles) who will meet for food, fun, and fellowship!

Within a 4-month period, you will get together with this group three times.  You will host ONE of the dinners, providing the main dish. The others will bring salad, dessert, or whatever else you would like them to bring. You do not have to plan a "gourmet meal" for this, and your group might want to try a brunch, lunch, or some other dining experience.  As host, you are encouraged to invite 1-2 guests you would like to get to know.  In the remaining months, you will rotate to each home of your core group so all will have a chace to host. What better way to get to know each other than by sharing a meal!

Signups for the winter round have been taken, which will be held from February through May.  For more information contact Lynn Genter at 630-907-7395 or email:  lynng49 [at] yahoo [dot] com. Watch for the sign up sheet coming in the Connect Center soon.
