The next Annual Meeting is scheduled for September 13, 2020.

As required, we are providing Members with information regarding proposed format changes to our Constitution and Bylaws (please refer to the links/pdfs). These changes will be reviewed for a preliminary vote at the meeting in September, then submitted to the ELCA. The final vote will occur at the May 2021 Annual Meeting. As usual, the Annual Meeting will also include a vote on the proposed budget and Council Member discernment.
