We continue to be in prayer and discernment regarding the makeup of two teams who will lead the process to call a new senior pastor and then a new associate pastor. Nearly 40 members submitted an interest form, and it is with prayerful intentionality that we are seeking God’s direction regarding who the 14-16 individuals will be to make up the two teams.

We believe we are nearing the final selection of the teams, and when we do, we will reach out first to those individuals who expressed interest to let them know whether they will be invited to serve on one of the teams directly or to serve in a different capacity by supporting the teams. After the teams have been confirmed, we will share them with the congregation. You can expect to hear from us within the next week or so.

Until then, we would appreciate your prayer for the team, the process, and whomever God is planning to bring to our Good Shepherd community.
