Both teams met together earlier this week to begin the team formation process. As they focus on developing strong teams, they will also be working on the appropriate paperwork to officially begin the process through the Synod.

While there will be some overlap, the expectation is that the Senior Call Process will lead the Associate Call Process by several months so that our new Senior Pastor will have input into the Associate Pastor call.

Please continue to keep the members of these teams, the process, and our next pastors in your prayers; and you can look forward to the in-service commissioning of the teams in the coming weeks.
