At our June 28th meeting, members of the Senior Pastor Call Team provided Council with a deep dive into the Ministry Site Profile (MSP) for the upcoming Senior Pastor search.

Council heard an update regarding the Auxano process and is moving forward to develop a 12-month strategic plan to achieve our short-range goals.  We look forward to the upcoming year and will share details of this plan very soon.

Council received and discussed updates about recruiting for the current open positions.

Lastly, our three outgoing Council members, Janice Rubin, Kevin Wynard, and Julie Utter “passed the baton” to our three newly-elected Council members, Duane Tiede, Jessica Colonero, and Scott Diehl. Additionally, Duane will be taking Julie’s place serving as a council representative on the Missions Board.
