Senior Pastor Call Team

We are excited to share that the Senior Pastor Call Team will be conducting interviews over the next few weeks with multiple candidates. Please join us in praying continuously and intentionally for this team! May God guide every step and the Holy Spirit stir our hearts.

As a reminder, anyone with Senior Pastor candidate recommendations can email called2call@goodshepherd-naperville.org. In your email, please provide the candidate’s name, their current church, and other relevant information.

Associate Pastor Call Team

Each team member has now taken on individually assigned supportive roles! The Associate Pastor Call Team is currently “setting up shop” by getting administrative tools in place and gathering the information we need to begin drafting the Associate Pastor MSP.

In addition, this team will soon meet with the Synod liaison to discuss this process and discuss the next steps from their perspective.
