Update: May 20, 2021 In accordance with the latest guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Good Shepherd is taking steps towards increasing occupancy in our worship spaces while still caring for our congregation. Therefore, for those who prefer, all services will offer an area of seats designated “masks required” with appropriate social distancing.  Because our priority has always been to keep our congregation and community as safe as possible, for the past several months we have erred on the more cautious side of reopening by requiring masks, physical distancing, and reservations. Now, we are encouraged that so many in our community have been vaccinated, along with the CDC’s recently updated guidelines. Good Shepherd has made the decision to adopt those guidelines, so anyone who has been fully vaccinated no longer needs to wear a mask or physically distance from others when they are here. By doing so, we can significantly increase seating capacity in our worship services.  Our goal is to provide an experience that is comfortable and accommodating for everyone, so when you join us in person, we will continue to have a section available where wearing masks and physically distancing will be required. As we continue to navigate the changing times, please continue to help us by letting us know you’re coming with an advanced reservation.  We hope that the steps we continue to take help you feel comfortable in returning to 1310 Shepherd Drive and that you’ll join us soon. We’re looking forward to seeing you!
Please join us on Sundays for our in-person or online services. We’re all in this together!
