In response to the recently updated CDC guidelines and in the spirit of caring for our congregation, Good Shepherd shares our position regarding masks and in-person ministry:

  • Attendance is not limited; therefore, all are welcome to worship together as the Body of Christ. Advance registration is not required for Sunday worship services.
  • We are no longer requiring reservations for Sunday morning Sparklers, Sparks, and Fusion! In addition, all of our Sunday morning Children’s programs will resume for ages birth – 5th grade.
  • Staff and volunteers are required to wear masks in the building, during indoor ministry events and services, regardless of vaccination status. Staff and volunteers may use discretion regarding masks based on CDC guidelines in other situations.
  • For anyone visiting our building, we strongly recommend wearing a mask during Sunday services and indoor ministry events, regardless of vaccination status. Please note that that the procedures within Family Life Ministries may differ. Visit their web pages for most recent updates.
  • We encourage care and support towards those who desire extra precautions. Masks will be available, physical distancing is recommended, and a designated area is available during Sunday services for the unvaccinated, the immuno-compromised, and the medically fragile.
