Hi, my name is Helen Petzold! I have a bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I have been a member of Good Shepherd Church since 1999.
My husband, Brian, and I have five children. We love to travel to see them. We have one in South Carolina, two in the Minneapolis area, a high school senior who will be attending the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis in September 2023, and our youngest is a high school sophomore.
I am currently involved in Children’s Ministry, Marriage Ministry, Women’s Ministry, and Small Groups. I have been on staff at Good Shepherd Preschool (Admin Team) since 2011. It brings me great joy to see the uniqueness of each child grow, learn, and know that Jesus loves them!
My hobbies include baking, taking walks, and spending time with my children. My fun fact is that all my children’s middle names are after ski areas/national parks.
