We first started worshipping at Good Shepherd in 1998 and became members in 1999. I’ve been pretty engaged and active for the past 20+ years. Some ways are with the Communications Team, Worship Graphics, Logo and Signage for Cornerstone Café and most of the Student and Children’s ministries, Communion server, Club 45 leader, Gathering of Men, Hesed House ministry participant (20 years) and leader (9 years), Pine Ridge mission trip participant, Mission Team in various forms for Beyond, Above and Beyond and current team, Council member (Exec team), chair of FMSC MobilePack Feed the Need!, and now on the Sr. Pastor Call Team.
The Holy Spirit is active at Good Shepherd, and I experience God through vibrant
worship and music, an active and committed church body, and by sharing in service with so many generous people.
All four of us are actively engaged at our local ninja gym by training, working out, and/or competing in ninja competitions. At one point when our children were younger, my family filled more than a full pew at the 11 o’clock service on Sundays.
I’m so excited about the future of Good Shepherd and know that God has already
chosen the next pastors to lead this amazing congregation! I’m thankful to be part of the process of discerning who He has called to serve.
