Pamela Palmer

Congregational Care Executive Pastor

Hello! My name is Pamela Palmer. I graduated from North Park University with a Bachelor’s in Biblical and Theological Studies. While at NPU, I discerned a call to pastoral ministry. I attended Denver Seminary and completed my Master’s in Counseling and Pastoral Care. I am ordained with the Evangelical Church Alliance. I completed an internship and residency in Clinical Pastoral Education and served in hospital ministry for nine years.

My love for God and others combined with my passion for furthering God’s kingdom has resulted in my leadership and service in a variety of ministries. This includes ministries of discipleship, elderly, prayer, small groups, Bible study, women’s, homelessness, urban, youth, racial reconciliation, teaching, preaching, and compassionate care.

I began the ministry of care at Good Shepherd in 2020 and have continued to faithfully shepherd people through life’s ups and downs, crises, and hardships through listening, compassion, and comfort to support emotional and spiritual well-being. I oversee initiatives and ministries that focus on providing Christian support and care to our congregation.

My husband Dave and I were married in 2015 and have two adorable kiddos. I enjoy nature, traveling, music, and coffee!
