Both teams met together last week to begin the team formation process. As they focus on developing strong teams, they will also be working on the appropriate paperwork to begin the process officially through the Synod.

We will launch the first Congregational Survey this Monday, April 18, seeking input on the ELCA’s Ministry Site Profile (MSP) used during the Pastoral Call Process. Our Senior Pastor Call Team will use the results from this survey to help guide their discernment process.

The link to this Congregational Survey will be emailed out and posted on our Updates page on Monday. It will be open from Monday, April 18 to Friday, April 29.

Please pray for the teams’ formation, that through prayer and faith sharing, God will form strong teams that will listen to His voice and pursue his will.

You can look forward to the in-service commissioning of the teams on Sunday, May 1 at our Annual Meeting as well as the results of this initial survey.
