Blue Christmas | Monday, Dec 6 @6pmJoin us for a special Chapel Night that will include a guided service with worship, prayer, and reflection. The Blue Christmas service recognizes the hardships in our lives that especially weigh on us during the holiday season: perhaps the loss of a job, estranged relationships, loss of a loved one, mental health issues, or even divorce. This experience will allow us to open up about the sadness we carry, and together, look to our Savior for hope and healing.
Every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month, you are invited to Chapel Night.Join us in the sanctuary anytime between 5-8pm for this intentional time of prayer, reflection, and purposeful silence. Chapel Night is a designated place and time for you to be alone with God and connect through prayer, Scripture, and personal reflection without being guided or prompted. The idea for Chapel Night grew from Good Shepherd’s first Core Value, “Prayer is Intentional”. This is an invitation for ALL to come as you are, stay as long as you like, and be still in God’s presence.
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction and faithful in prayer. | Romans 12:12____ Visit PRAY AS YOU GO for daily prayers and solitude with God. Visit our playlist on youtube to enjoy virtual chapel nights until you are able to join us in-person!
