Annual Meeting 2024
Sunday, May 5 | 12 PM
In-Person and Online in the Worship Center
We invite you to hear from Pastor Tara Beth as she will cast vision and lead us into the next season of ministry! In our time together, members will vote to affirm the proposed budget, proposed constitution and bylaws, and discern three new council members. An online voting system will be in place.
We will gather in the Worship Center at 12 PM. A light lunch will be provided!
Before we begin the annual meeting, we will hold a second vote to discern if we will affiliate with the Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ moving forward, which is the final step in the process of shifting our congregational affiliation.

Childcare is Available
This is an exciting and important time in the life of our church, and we would love for you to be with us! We will have childcare available for infants through 12 years old. REGISTRATION TO COME!
Budget Town Halls
In addition, our Council and COO will be hosting two Pre-Annual Meeting Budget Reviews for anyone who wants a more detailed review of the budget than the Annual Meeting allows.
The sessions will be hosted on the following dates:
- Sunday, 04/28 – 10:00 AM* | Room 5ABC * Immediately following the 9:00 & 9:01 AM services.
- Tuesday, 4/30 – 7:00 pm | Online via Zoom (link to come)
